Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with My Mini Bakes. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns policy below, which complies with applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws.

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and relevant EU directives, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • You will receive a full refund, including the original standard delivery cost. (If you opted for an express or premium shipping method, the excess cost may not be refunded.)

2. Returns Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at hello@myminibakes.club with your order number and reason for return.
  • You will receive return instructions, including the return address.
  • Package the item securely, including all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
  • Send the item back using a trackable shipping service. This will be at your own cost.

Please Note:

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend keeping proof of postage

3. International Returns (Non-UK/EU Customers)

We accept returns from customers outside the UK and EU, provided:

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • The item is returned in its original, unused condition.
  • The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

Please be aware that customs duties or import taxes paid on receipt will not be refunded. You may need to contact your local customs office to claim this back.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods
  • Personalised, custom-made, or bespoke items
  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, earrings) unless faulty
  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, including return postage costs.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
